Our 6-Step Production Workflow
1. Dieline Engineering
Our structural engineers create the technical blueprint for your packaging. We ensure the structural integrity and fit for your product, providing 3D mockups and white samples for verification within 48 hours.
2. HD Offset Printing
We utilize multi-color Heidelberg offset presses to achieve industry-leading color accuracy. Whether it's high-fidelity CMYK or precise Pantone matching, our press operators ensure every sheet meets your brand standards.
3. Premium Surface Finishes
This is where the tactile luxury begins. Our facility handles gold/silver foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot UV, and soft-touch aqueous coatings in-house to maintain strict quality control.
4. Die-Cutting & V-Grooving
For rigid boxes, sharp edges are the hallmark of quality. We employ precision V-grooving machines on 1200g-1800g greyboard to create perfectly crisp 90-degree corners that look and feel premium.
5. Meticulous Assembly
Combining semi-automatic gluing lines with skilled hand-assembly, we carefully wrap the printed paper onto the rigid frames. Each insert—whether EVA foam, silk, or paper—is placed with precision.
6. AQL 2.5 Quality Control
Nothing leaves our factory without passing inspection. We follow AQL 2.5 standards, performing drop tests, moisture content checks, and visual audits for glue residue or alignment issues.
