Speed to market is critical. Here is our step-by-step sampling workflow for premium packaging.

Day 1: Dieline & Tech Pack

Our engineers create a 2D dieline based on your product dimensions. We send this for your designer to place the artwork.

Day 2-3: Structural Prototyping

We use digital plotters to cut the greyboard and paper. This is a "white sample" to verify fit and function.

Day 4-6: Digital Printing & Finishing

We apply your artwork using high-end digital presses and manual foil/embossing tools for the mockup.

Day 7: QC & Dispatch

We perform an internal AQL check, record a 4K video for your approval, and dispatch via DHL/FedEx Express.
